Scheduling Guidelines
Session schedules are established by student and tutor availability and are anticipated to occur on a weekly set schedule. LP Tutors accommodate in-home tutoring and therefor adjust to tutors needs and preferences. Sessions are scheduled for one hour but may be broken in quarters if needed for a longer or shorter session. A minimum session requirement is 30 minutes.
No refunds will be given if a session is missed or canceled. However, we will instill every effort to reschedule sessions to prevent being charged. A canceled session without a 24-hour notice will be deducted from invested sessions. Anticipated conflicts should be communicated with your tutor to reserve an alternative date.
